Shailene Diann Woodley or Shai (20) is the eldest of the couple Lonnie and Lori Woodley. She entered the entertainment world since the age of 5 years to become an advertising model. Her acting debut starring in the series begins with Replacing Dad (1991). New to the series The Secret Life of the American Teenager (2008 - now), Shai get the lead role. Good acting has gained attention when Shai starred in the movie The Descendants. She even won the Independent Spirit Awards and the winning entry in the event the best supporting actress Globe Awards for her role as Alexandra King in the film. Cool!

When he was 15 years old, Shai was diagnosed with Idiopathic Scoliosis, the abnormalities in the form of the curvature of the spine. To improve the shape of the spine, Shai required to wear a cast from chest to a kind of hip for 2 years
